Fill out the booking form, sign the storage agreement, and pay a $250 deposit. The deposit counts toward your total and holds your spot.

Drop off in October
Pick a drop-off appointment. We walk around the vehicle with you, take photos, tag your keys, and collect the balance.
-
We store it through winter
Your vehicle stays parked in a heated building kept around 40°F. The building is closed to the public, so nobody else is moving around your rig.
-
Pick up in April
Because vehicles are parked in order, we assign your pickup week in advance and email you the window before spring.
Our Indoor Storage Facility
Our temperature-controlled storage building is at 1189 W 1700 N in Logan, a short drive from North Logan, Hyde Park, Smithfield, Providence, Nibley, and Hyrum. Everything is stored inside on sealed concrete, kept around 40°F all winter, behind doors that stay closed to the public.
We run multiple heaters, but heat depends on power and equipment, so we can't guarantee a set temperature. Please winterize before drop-off.

Before you drop off
Please review this checklist before your appointment. We'll email it to you again beforehand.
- Winterize before drop-off. The building is heated, but we can't guarantee a set temperature, so drain and protect anything a freeze could damage.
- Batteries disconnected where practical. You're responsible for disconnecting them. If that isn't practical on your vehicle, we can accept it connected.
- Propane tanks shut off.
- Food, drinks, pet food, and garbage removed. Anything that could attract rodents or insects over a long winter.
- Keys handed over at drop-off. Our staff parks and retrieves every vehicle.
- Proof of insurance. Required before we can accept your vehicle, covering it for full replacement value.
- No portable fuel containers. Fuel in the vehicle's own tank is fine at any level; loose gas cans are not allowed.
Questions
How is length measured?
The furthest point on the front and back (usually bumper to hitch), including ladders, racks, outboard motors, etc. We will confirm the measurement at drop-off before collecting the final payment.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $250 deposit is non-refundable, and it is applied to your season total.
Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
The seasonal fee is normally paid in full before we accept your vehicle. If paying monthly works better for you, call or email before you book and we'll see what we can arrange in writing.
Can I get my vehicle out in the middle of winter?
No. Vehicles are parked close together in order, so nothing comes out until the April pickup weeks.
Is it temperature controlled?
The building is heated and normally sits around 40°F through the winter. It is temperature controlled rather than fully climate controlled — no humidity control, and no guaranteed temperature.
Do I still need to winterize my vehicle?
Yes. We run multiple heaters, but heat depends on power and equipment we can't guarantee. Winterize water systems, engines, and anything a freeze could damage — our storage terms make that your responsibility.
Do you store fifth-wheel trailers?
No. We can take motorhomes and bumper-pull trailers, but not fifth wheels.
Can I come in and park it myself?
No. Our staff positions and retrieves every vehicle, and the storage area is closed to the public during the season. You can be in the area at drop-off or pickup when a staff member is with you — for example to disconnect a battery or show us your propane shutoff.
Who can pick up my vehicle?
Only people you list on your booking form. We check ID at pickup against the names you gave us.
What if I can't pick up my vehicle in April?
We assign your pickup week in advance and contact you before it. Anything not collected by the end of the pickup period gets moved to outdoor storage, billed by the foot and climbing each month: $20/ft in May, $30/ft in June, $40/ft in July, and $10/ft more every month after. Any part of a month counts as a full month, and the 15 ft minimum still applies. Call us early if April is going to be tight.
Spots are first come, first served.
Reserve with a $250 deposit. Questions? Call (435) 227-5125.
